Scope. This notice explains how Rocketing, LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal information when you use Rocketing.ai (https://www.rocketing.ai) and the related websites, apps, and services (the "Services"). Rocketing.ai is an AI holding company that builds and operates a portfolio of AI-powered applications
Information We Collect
- Account data. Your email address, name, and profile details when you sign up. Authentication is provided by Clerk.
- Content you create. The content you submit to or generate within the Services, including prompts and the history of edits and AI generations needed to operate features such as undo and replay.
- Payment data. Handled by Stripe; we receive transaction status and limited billing details, never full card numbers.
- Usage, device, and diagnostic data. Product events, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device information, and logs that help us secure and improve the Services.
- Communications. Messages you send us, including support requests.
How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services.
- To personalize your experience and remember your preferences.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To communicate with you about your account, updates, and (with your consent where required) marketing.
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations.
AI Processing and Providers
Some features send your prompts and context to trusted AI providers — OpenAI, Anthropic and Google — under contractual safeguards. Only the data necessary for the requested feature is shared, and it is used for that purpose. We do not use your personal data to train models unless permitted by law or contract and, where required, consented or de-identified. Our AI Disclosures & Safety Policy has more detail.
Sharing and Disclosure
We share personal information with service providers that help us operate the Services (hosting, authentication, payments, analytics, AI processing), with affiliates, in connection with a merger or acquisition, and as required by law. We do not sell personal information for money.
Legal Bases (EEA/UK)
Where applicable, we process personal data on the basis of contract, legitimate interests (such as security and service improvement), consent (such as marketing and non-essential cookies), and legal obligation.
International Transfers
We may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use recognized safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Retention

Your Rights

The Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without verifiable parental consent.

We may update this notice prospectively and will post the effective date. Material changes will be notified where required.
