This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of Rocketing.ai and its APIs, messaging, and AI features. You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited behavior includes:
- Illegal activities, infringement of intellectual property, or violating others' rights.
- Security violations, reverse engineering, probing or testing systems without authorization, or disrupting the Services or networks.
- Generating or distributing malware, spam, phishing, or unauthorized surveillance.
- Sexual content involving minors; exploitation; promotion of violence or self-harm; harassment or hate.
- Attempts to re-identify individuals or infer sensitive attributes without consent.
- Automated scraping, bulk account creation, or rate abuse outside permitted APIs and published limits.
- Sending SMS or email without prior consent or without a clear opt-out.
- Illegal payments, money laundering, or prohibited goods and services; anything contrary to Stripe or card network rules.
- Using AI features to violate law, deceive, impersonate, or bypass safety systems, or in any way prohibited by our AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic and Google).
- Life-critical or high-risk uses without appropriate redundancies and human oversight.
Enforcement and Reporting
We may investigate, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report illegal activity. Report abuse to abuse@rocketing.ai.
